Spirulina is a powerhouse of protein, boasting up to 69% of its dry weight. These complete proteins provide all essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own.

How to enjoy spirulina crunchy

It’s simple! Take a spoonful of spirulina flakes and swallow them whole with lemon water. A serving of 4 to 6 grams, combined with lemon juice, enhances iron absorption. If you prefer this method, we recommend using flakes; otherwise, tablets might be a better option.

Start gradually in the first week with 1 gram, then increase to 2 grams and finally to 3 grams, allowing your body to adjust. By the second week, you should feel an increase in vitality and find the right dosage for you: generally, 1 to 2 teaspoons for women and 2 to 3 teaspoons for men. Typically, women thrive with 4 grams, men with 5 grams, and athletes with 6 grams.

How to enjoy tablets

Start with 2 tablets per day, then increase by one tablet each day until you reach 8 tablets per day (4 grams). Maintain this dosage of 8 tablets, and based on your vitality, gradually increase up to 12 tablets (6 grams) per day. Typically, women feel their best with 4 grams, men with 5 grams, and athletes with 6 grams.
